Robert passed away tragically on Christmas Day while travelling to work, leaving his wife, Thamarie, his sister Antoinette, and his six children without a husband, father and pillar of their family.
Robert was a man of quiet strength and deep pride in his work. His days were spent caring for the elephant homestead and supporting the team with unwavering dedication, always giving his best without complaint. His loss has left a profound void within the HERD family.
