Behind every video you watch, every quiet moment captured in the bush, and every update shared from the homestead, there is not a professional film crew. These are our carers.

They are the ones walking alongside the herd from sunrise to sunset. They witness the small behaviours, the playful splashes, the meaningful interactions, and the moments that most people would never get to see. It’s because of them that you are able to feel so connected to Khanyisa and the rest of the herd.

At the moment, not all of our carers have access to reliable, good-quality phones. Some devices are outdated, damaged, or simply not able to capture clear footage. In a remote environment where communication is also important for safety and coordination, having dependable iPhones makes a real difference, both for documenting the herd and for staying connected as a team.

By contributing towards this Wishlist item, you are helping us equip our carers with the tools they need to safely communicate and to continue sharing the herd’s world with you in the best quality possible.
