Recent flooding across Limpopo and on our reserve has caused significant infrastructure damage and restricted access to certain areas, creating challenging working conditions for our elephant carers and reserve staff.
As they continue to care and walk with the elephants through wet, muddy, and flood-affected terrain, protective rain jackets and gum boots are essential to keep them safe, healthy, and able to perform their duties. These items are critical to ensuring uninterrupted care for the herd during this ongoing relief period.
Your donation towards gumboots and rain jackets for our carers & reserve workers will help us to purchase these locally and to ensure that we always have additional protective gear available for emergency situations, when all hands are needed to support the elephants on the reserve.
Please note: Items will not be shipped. All products are purchased locally using your donation. You will receive a digital donation certificate via email from our team as a thank-you for your kindness and support.
